Maintenance of outdoor pod sauna

If the outdoor sauna is not maintained, it starts to lose its good looks, various bacteria starts to emerge, even fungus can start to grow on timber. Therefore, one must do a few simple tasks after using the outdoor sauna – mop the excess water, clean the benches, ventilate the outdoor sauna. The cleaning can be done using water or special sauna cleaning products.

When in sauna it is recommended to use towels for seating, which is much more hygienic and comfortable. After using the outdoor sauna, it is also important to clean the floor, since closer to ground the temperature is lower, it dries slower. As most saunas, the pod outdoor saunas have special removable floor sections, it is recommended to lift them out and dry them after usage.
